(As always, my critiques are meant to help you help yourself to become a better artist. None of the following comments are meant to be taken personally.)
As a general rule of thumb, never let the excuse but thats just my style get in the way of studying and practicing realistic anatomy. I realize that your own style is roughly based on a soft manga, which we both know is a far cry from realism; but still, studying the human body and facial structure can still help you. Dont let your personal style get in the way of making the picture appealing to the viewer.
You may have heard the phrase, Draw what you see, not what you know. Due to the fact that we dont have a realistic style and that many of our characters are derived from fantasy, we cant actually draw what is right in front of us, yet we can still use what we observe in the real world to help us along the right path.
Next, Id like to comment on the fact that your latest work hasnt been as detailed or as careful as before. Make sure, even when its just a doodle that you are putting effort into it to make it look good. Also, never get into the habit of just doodling randomly and never actually sitting down and doing a serious drawing, I think this might be the reason why your work quality is deteriorating. The same is to be said for things like Chibis.
I hope that Im not just being nitpicky and might actually be helping,
